Much needed Kitchen equipment

The initial purchased product didn’t work properly, and when informed the customer care they took it positively and helped me without much hassle. The product that I received later is working amazingly good. Loving the yummy dishes, and this has reduced most of my cooking time. It’s the worth investment!!

Although, I’ve only used it a handful of times to make quick items and the numbers have smudged off so it’s difficult to tell what the temperature is set at. Today I used it, and then it started to randomly shut off while I was trying to cook something. Again, I purchased this item about three weeks ago and had not really used it more than a handful of times so I don’t think I should be having these issues. The price was decent due to getting it when it was on sale but I would recommend to maybe spend a bit more and get a better one.
