    It's great, it does what it should. Unfortunately mine quit after 6 months. Just buy a convection oven, or buy it on black friday for half off.

    When I opened the box there wasn't any Styrofoam holding it in place. I didn't think anything of it. Until I went to use it. The basket will not stay shut. Many people have tried. I wonder if this was returned already or dies this not come protected in a box? So disappointing. I hope I can return for one that works.
