Poor quality

The first one we took out of the box and the fryer basket would not stay in. It constantly popped back out. So I exchanged it for another one and it seemed fine but after two uses the drawer won’t stay in again. It’s like the heat warps it and it won’t click into place which means it will not turn on bc the drawer is not in.
