Defective

When using devices the power and temp lights would light up for a few seconds but would quickly turn off and the device would stop heating the food. Tried for atleast an hour to get to work but food was only luke warm. Returning for a different model hopefully it will work.

It shuts off by itself
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I did read some comments about how the power shutting off by itself after several weeks, due to the design of the basket which made it doesn't stay on. But I didn't expect the one I received have the problem in the first trial... I guess mine is just a return product. I took a look at the handle, there is a little hook supposed to attach the basket to the oven. But the hook is made of plastic, and the one I recieved it seems the hook is a bit melted. I guess that's why mine shuts the power by itself. (it only run for like 40secs, then shuts off). If the plastic hook is the cause, then I think the design itself is to be blamed.
