Have had several Bella app;liances and every one worked flawlessly. This should be no exception. Couldn't rate it a "5" due to not having personally used it. It works, but arrived kinda scuffed

Or it just got banged around a lot in transit? Disappointing for a "new" item. +1 star, knobs make it look like it has a little robot face

Unfortunately my door stopped shutting for whatever reason read the reviews and saw where a lot of people had the same issue. Definitely glad I purchased the geek squad with it!
