Although I was disappointed that the product. Was unusable, I was extremely impressed with the customer srvice team in New Hartford, NY. They were apologetic, sincere, helped me get a replacement product, and just made the whole process a positive experience. Thank you Best Buy associates!

Works well, timer is accurate and the food comes out cooked. The price point was good and I feel like we got a good value.

It took up too much counter space in my cramped galley kitchen, it didn't seem to heat food as quickly or as evenly as the much smaller unit I had, and I found that I preferred the more square basket design of the smaller unit than this circular basket set up. I always feel that I am able to fit more food in to a square/oval dish than in a round dish, particularly in a setting where I can't just layer things on top of each other like in a slow cooker. This might work for someone else, but having had the smaller, square design first, this air fryer wasn't for me.

I kind of miss the digital features. The timer after a couple of months are off and doesn't properly follow the dial marks.
