    Puchased this as a Christmas gift, but when we tried to use it, it would not close properly. Although I was disappointed that the product. Was unusable, I was extremely impressed with the customer srvice team in New Hartford, NY. They were apologetic, sincere, helped me get a replacement product, and just made the whole process a positive experience. Thank you Best Buy associates!
