It doesnt take up that much counterspace, no more than a toaster oven. And you can cook 4 pieces of toast at once! Perfect for you 2+ person household!

Good toaster though sides can be a little uneven

The toasting is a little uneven as one side is a little browner than the other, but still not too bad. There are 5 numberered settings, but you can got between the numbers. You need to be careful with the settings as even at the lower settings, the toast is pretty crispy. I set it at 2 for bagels and it gets pretty brown already. The body is all stainless steel and there are two pull out trays in the back for crumbs. I haven't tried the gluten button yet.
