Works great - don’t use oil!

It will cause excessive smoke. I guess it could be used in that capacity On an outside patio but be careful.

Great but nonexistent customer service

It’s been great for me to make meals for my family. Wings from frozen to table in 30 min! I even made brownies in it. I left off two stars because after four months a screw in the door has disappeared. It is functional but lose, which makes me concerned for how it will hold up. I have tried to contact Bella Housewares multiple times with no response. I have emailed and called. Their customer service line is fishy as it sounds like it is connecting me then it goes silent. (I called more than once to make sure).

Pros: cooks fast, bigger tray space, easy controls settings, nice brushed finish and very easy cleaning. Cons: hard to load tray when unit is hot due to bottom tray catch lock.
