I got issues

I don’t know what happened. It has only been handwashed. I don’t believe it is from user error that it is malfunctioning. When the drawer is closed it does cook well. Food is crisp. Sometimes the drawer doesn’t go all the way in. Sometimes the drawer pops out just enough to stop the cooking process. It’s a pain. I would recommend and air fryer, but not this particular one. Really hoping I bought the geek squad on this product
