Fan is extremely loud

New purchase

Upon research it’s an internal error. Thinking about exchanging and trying again or maybe a different model.

I love the brand but not per expectation

Good for those who wants to do dieting.

Didn't work out of the box

I first tried to reheat some brussel sprouts, as I've read that it's great for making leftovers crisp again. From the outset, the button to lower the temp and time didn't work, only the up button worked. So I left on the default settings (350 degrees and 15 minutes) and thought I would just stop it after 3 minutes to see if it crisped up the food again. It ran for 1 minute, and then would stop and show me an "E1" message, which I can only assume is some sort of error. I sat on hold with customer service for about 30 minutes before I gave up. I am taking this product back to the store today for a new one, and will update my review afterwards.

No the best quality for a "pro" series
