    A very good design and has been making perfect coffee for me the last year and a half. Durable is the word! Everything works smoothly and I have even been using the factory filter every time which is amazing to me! Just remember it is a glass carafe and treat it as such. It definitely is one if the best small coffee makers available.

    Not good. So bad! It’s loud and took so long to brew plus it smoked a lot! Guess I got the defective item. Sadly can’t return it anymore

    IT ARRIVED ON THE DAY SPECIFIED AND CLEANED IT PROPERLY BEFORE USE. WORKS VERY WELL BUT WISH IT WAS A BIT SMALLER AND AVAILABLE IN A GREY COLOR. THE TOP OF THE CARAFE IS A BIT TOUGH TO GET BACK ON SO WILL WASH BY HAND AND NOT REMOVE FOR THE DISHWASHER

    Just ok, doesn’t brew particularly great. Maybe I just got a defective maker but it seemed to be loud and left coffee a little grainy. The size it great for one person.
