Nice small coffee pot...no filter needed. I orderd two extras as gifts and they love them. The price was also a bargain.

It’s amazing this coffee machine. The only problem is that it’s for 3 cups only. So if you live alone or live with someone and you only drink one cup of coffee this one’s perfect!!!!

No issues yet. Bought this model for regular price because the comparable ones that were on sale had mixed reviews. My last coffee maker lasted about 2 years. Hopefully, this one will last longer.

It is a great 5 cup coffee maker, you do not even need filters. I would recommend this coffe maker and the price is good too just like the cofee

It was a gift for my husband byt it was too small. So we gifted it to our son.

Needed a coffee maker and this one was on close-out at a very reasonable price. The design on the carafe was not carefully done as the coffee runs back and down the side every time you pour your coffee into your cup. Had to use it 5 - 10 times before the plastic odor was gone. But for the money it was a good buy.

I bought one of these in 2018 and loved it! It was getting beat up so I bought another recently for only 12.99 deal of the day! Out of the box the machine didn’t turn off- the light stayed red and stayed hot- didn’t even try to put water in it. Read some reviews that this was a common problem. I returned it and when the original one I have died I will probably buy a different brand - unless they fix the problem.

Value for money. I was looking for a small coffee maker for personal use and found a good deal at best buy.

First it’s small which is good because it doesn’t take up a lot of counter space. Another bonus is the reusable filter. I’d recommend this for a small family or somebody with limited space.

I have had the coffee maker for several weeks and used it daily. It is easy to fill the water and see its level and it makes good coffee. The flaw is in the on/off switch. Sometimes it lights up and runs the machine. Often I turn it on but the switch does not light up and nothing happens. I fear this coffee maker is not going to last very long.

I am comparing this against a Black & Decker 5-Cup coffee maker that I bought for $9.95 at Big Lots. I had bought this Bella coffee maker only for the stainless steel looks, but I'm switching back to using the Black & Decker, for the following reasons: 1) The carafe of the Bella is unusable. I simply can not pour with it without spilling, even if I try hard. This is no issue at all with the B&D. 2) The reusable filter is too coarse for the coffee I use (cafe bustelo, relatively fine grind). But when I use a paper filter, the cone shape makes the drip slow and taste differently. The B&D has a flat (round) filter type and brews much faster (also because it does not have a drip stop, which can be considered good or bad). 3) for some reason I tend to overlook the illuminated power switch on this one (because of the protector around it) and already left it on over night once. 4) the heater plate on this one is not as easy to clean, because I can stick a couple fingernails in between plate and plastic housing. There is absolutely no gap at all on the B&D. In short, I would not recommend the Bella, not even for $10.
