Great except for the power switch

My first Bella lasted almost two years so I spent more for the new version with the stainless trim. I looked great in my kitchen and brewed a tasty cup of coffee. The new machine worked great for 4 months until the on/off switch stopped working. I doubt my original model would have had this issue. My shiny new stainless steel model ended up in the landfill sooner than I expected. I love the Bella brand but I'd avoid this model until they improve the issue with the on/off switch.

Didn’t last longer than a month

I am not sure if mine was defective or if it’s poor quality but I noticed when I received it, the cap didn’t snap on securely, just loosely. Thought it was the design and didn’t think it would affect making coffee. Used it a few times and it was fine. A month later it started overflowing because the coffee wasn’t going down so it filled the machine and overflowed everywhere. It was so frustrating that I threw it out that very day and bought a new one somewhere else. Still upset about it.

Works for me

I had one incident where I forgot to put the coffee pot under the machine and the coffee water went all over. I thought there was a safeguard for that, but I guess there isn't .
