Does the job, but is made out of very light materials. Seems to be too frigial!

I thought this item was bigger you only get two cups of coffee

This is the worst item I've ever purchased. It was used 3 times just to see if it would get better, but it put awful poisonous burnt plastic fumes throughout the whole house. It should be taken off the market. And Best Buy should pay for any future health issues - they won't even reimburse us for the shipping and taxes we had to pay. A terrible experience.

It lasted about 10 days, then the power button stopped working. And I couldn’t return it because 15 days had passed, or whatever the policy is, so I paid $20 for a weeks worth of coffee. It was great when it worked.

I would return this coffee maker if I hadn't thrown out the box. The coffee comes out very weak, need to add almost twice the amount of coffee in order for it not to taste like dishwater. I do like that it has a reusable filter basket.

Smells like burning plastic when i Brew with water like its says in instructions ,And after pot of coffee.

After owning this item for less than 6 months, the power light started flickering at random, then the coffee burner wouldn't stay on, now the machine won't even brew a full pot (half of the water is left in the reserved tank). This troubles me because I have a Bella Pro multi-purpose toaster oven and it works beautifully.

I have owned this product for just a while but I wanted to write a review to let others know my experiences with the BELLA Pro Series 5 cup coffee maker. First of all, I enjoy that the machine matches my chrome and black look of the rest of the kitchen appliances. Many of the 5 cup machines are plain white or black plastic housing. 2nd I loved that the unit comes with a reuseable filter. There was no difference in taste when using a paper liner vs the reusable filter. I appreciate this detail that has been added. I like the small footprint of the unit too. I have missed the taste of drip coffee, but with all the hoopla over recycling the kcups, I am now drinking drip coffee at home. The unit brews a nice hot cup, which leads to an overall satisfying cup of coffee. The coffee machine takes just a few min to heat and quietly brew up to 5 cups of coffee. I drink a large mug of coffee every morning and i am able to refill 1.5 times using this machine. Refills stay hot due to the heating plate that the carafe rests on. I would def recommend the Bella Pro series to others, try to drink less of the kcup coffees, leave less of a footprint on Earth by using this drip coffee machine. It makes a refreshing cup any time of day. It is also small and quiet enough to keep in my home office.

Unfortunately the power button broke off. It was nice as it was light and small for my mother who is 97 years old.

Low quality plastic using couple days still i feel plastic taste

Never was able to try this machine. Upon doing the initial cleaning run off water through the system the power button broke and this cheap construction turned me off from the machine.

Smells and taste like plastic do t waste your money

I got the Bella 5 cup coffee maker free to try. Our weekday mornings are hustle and bustle so when the weekend comes, I can’t wait to relax with a couple cups of coffee. The Bella 5 cupper is ideal! it brews a nice, hot cup of coffee and is compact. It doesn’t take up a lot of room on the counter. I love the reusable filter and the design fits in well with the rest of my kitchen. It’s easy to use and clean. I think I’ll pick ond up for my parents who like a cup of decaf in the evening.

This is simple coffee machine. But I never see any of my coffee machine has a leak like this. My countertop turn brown and I put a plate under it. Because of leak I think start button has a sizzling sound and turning off suddenly. I don’t recommend this product, waste of money. I supposed to look any warranty has it or not. Because bestbuy return window is less than 30 days for this item I don’t know why?

I wanted a coffee maker with a cone filter. !st one the switch broke in a few weeks and the 2nd one leaked right out of the box.

The size of the maker is perfect however when you pour water in maker or pour your coffee in cup it makes a mess.It has a pouring design flaw.

It works good but its smaller than what i thought would be plus it said that was metal, the only thing that is metal is just something around the pot.

I ordered this because it said it has auto off feature . It’s a LIE !!!!
