Don't bother

The first problem: food never came out as crispy as I hoped. The second problem: after using it for less than a year, the nonstick coating in the basket peeled, which is a safety hazard. It took many attempts to get a hold of Bella customer support, and when I finally did, they refused to help. Ended up throwing it away. I replaced it with an Instant Vortex 6qt air fryer which, although more expensive, is much more well-made and gets food crispier.

Very useful when you need to prepare food quickly. I do wish this one had a seperate preheat function.
