With that in mind, the Bella Pro Series - 6-qt. Touchscreen Air Fryer has come to our rescue. We eat our air-fries, our chicken air-fried steak, and (tonight) our crispy cauliflower tacos, with just a mist of oil rather than the vat of fat normally needed. I love the easy clean-up of non-stick insides, and with one finger tap, the temp/time controls are a snap. One great feature is the size. I put my vegetables in a cake pan inside as I’d diced my vegetables very small. This kept them from falling through the screen, and they still came out crunchy and nicely browned. Really, this thing is an amazing invention.
