The one I have at home has the turn dial and I prefer that to the all touch interface. Regardless of the touch controls , Id still purchase this again. Very easy to clean and stylish.

Happy with it. Disappointed with the way Best buy handled the Insignia recall. They cancelled my extended warranties and did not reimburse my account.

I bought one for me and for my neighbor they are loving it. My neighbor said she used it on the first night she received and she said she reheated some fry chicken wont be using the microwave as much now.
