Recipe book that comes with it is okay but you will need additional reading if you never had an air fryer. The Bella 6 qt. has enough space for family of 2. So it far has worked very well.

Touch screen is nice, wish it came with more recipes. For idea of basket size I cook 3 haddock filets at a time.
