The buttons are touch screenish and most of the time you need to hit it more then once to change the setting you need. Also not the easiest to open. But as far as cooking haven't had any problems with.

I upgraded from a smaller analog air fryer. This one has all the bells and whistles and was too good of a holiday deal to pass up. I even gifted one to my daughter.
