The drawer does not stay closed, which turns off the device. Once we returned it, the customer service rep said they received a lot of returns for the same reason. We were disappointed. Luckily it was still within the return period and Best Buy accepted the return.

I repeat, Wow, Fried One time. Then died. Wouldn't even turn on again. Worked for ONE day! Best buy is still awesome though. And so are the employees. No, i don't work there. Just being nice. :) Returned it and purchased a different brand.

Junk..switch would not engage to turn on unit. Had to move basket back and forth to operate. Finally stopped working completely. Probably used it 20 to 30 times total. Do no buy.

I have used it 3 maybe 4 times and everything i have made taste like rubber... wings, burgers, fries it all taste rubbery. I'm having to throw food away because my family refuses to eat it.

I loved this air fryer but after only 2 years, it stopped working. I didn't expect to work forever but definitely longer than 2 years.

First use..it burn my egg roll. I have set as program requirements but it turns out my egg roll was burned. Plus there is a plastic inside was melted too. I have to return to the bestbuy store.

in 4 months it ruined the best buy it didn’t support me and the brand support took more than months to re-ponder an email! I DO NOT RECOMMEND. went to waste.

Had bought for my mom for Christmas didnt even use it very much and manufacturing issue it wont close because the plastic is worn down a little bit not even much.

Broken from the day we brought it home! The door won’t latch when you close it so you have to hold it shut or mess with it for 20 minutes.

Purchased 5/6/20. Used moderately (3/4 times/ week) Broke 6/16/20 Out of return time period. Have to call manufacturer. Unhappy

Just what I was looking for! Working in the front lines I needed something fast and efficient to help prepare dinners even on my days off really because I’m generally exhausted and this is it! I knew I wanted a larger basket so I went with the 6qt and I am so happy I did! It holds the right amount of food for myself and my family and it’s so quick and easy. Some reviews stated that it was loud but I don’t think it is. It honestly sounds no different than my Keurig when it’s warming up and it’s so easy to clean. Definitely recommend!

Air Fryers are a great appliance. This specific fryer is straight forward to use and does a great job of making various types of food. I would highly recommend it if you need a basic air fryer.

I've had air fryers in the past, but none live up to this design. I love the touchscreen controls, very easy to maneuver. Every piece that gets dirty can be machine washed which is a big plus for me. Pulling out the tray activates the auto-stop function and putting it back it starts it up again. This way I'm not wasting time on the timer or heat from the fryer. My only gripe is that the pullout tray is not on a fixed track. I worry about pulling it too fast or too hard and wasting my food, but that is a personal problem. That's the only reason it gets 4/5 stars.
