I lone not getting my latte and cappucino fix at home.

Good product, but can be more. Automatic drinks would have been good instead of mixing the milk with the coffee.

The pressure gauge reads pressurized or non pressurized. It does not use numbers making it not intuitive. When using non pressurized portafilter machine guage never moved to that reading. Several observations and re-reading of instructions never clarified. I could not find any videos of the product to watch. After changing brand of coffee and type of portafilter many times never able to get crema. I followed instructions obsessively. Espresso was watery and bitter. The machine itself is solid stainless steel as are accessories (it came with pitcher but cleaning device missing). I bought to replace $135.00 machine which produced great crema with old beans but wore out quickly.

The product is okay, but the most troublesome thing is that there is no way to break the coffee beans. This machine is not very ideal because it cannot automatically beat coffee beans. I suggest that this old machine should not be used for making coffee anymore.

Box came damaged from delivery but BestBuy associate helped me get an exchange.

Worked great, while it worked. The pump broke after only 10 months of use.

It worked great for 1 month and then stopped working altogether. No power at all. This is very disappointing.

When I tried to brew the espresso, the water came into the spillover tray. Totally defective. Returned.

Second time the pressure gauge stops working. Retruned it once for the same issue only for it to happen again a few weeks later.

Looks fancy, but I may received a dud. Steaming never generated the milk foam, maybe cause too much water coming through?? Also, pressure never seemed to get high, so likely not getting the quality of espresso desired. I switched to Breville brand and that works beautifully (but costs more)!!

We were so sad. Arrived quickly and refused to work. The water would not filter into it. It was my husband's birthday presetn and he was SO EXCITED. Then we learned there were no replacements. So sad.

Worked one time then water started coming out of the tray area.

It stopped working after 5 cups of coffee. Customer service won’t answer.

Great espresso maker easy to use. You need to find a way to not get milk all over when you're steaming it but overall great product.

Good machine I got it on sale not worth it regular price. Makes good coffee but for that money you will think you will have more options other than making simple cup of coffee, the milk frothing is not worth it milk spilled everywhere I’m using my nespresso for that. So if you like simple black coffee go get it on sale if you need more unfortunately this will not make you happy
