Well made, heavy duty, espresso machine. I like most of the features of this machine. It makes a good cup of coffee. I am disappointed at the lack of foam that it creates. And I wish that there was something on the grounds cup that would hold the cup in place, so that I could scrape out the coffee grounds without the cup dropping out.

Love the coffee and various other options using milk frother. Never imagined we will be using it that much. High pressure ones turns out to be great. Single star deducted as Bestbuy people did not provide any support for missing cleaner in the box; only support couldn't find my order as 'Gmail' and phone accounts though told as merged were never merged. Wish their tech would improve as I am left with a missing part because of that (wonder if they gave me open box though deal of the day was for 'New')

Have tried several others, disappointed. Espresso not strong or hot enough Hard to get good foam for lattes And machines only last 1 year Have had this about a month & loving it! Very heavy, sturdy machine. Lattes come out really good!

This is a wonderful Espresso maker. Wonderful Americano's!! Better than the Breville it replaced. I highly recommend this Machine!!!

OMG It's amazing being able to make my own oat milk lattes at home. With just a little bit of dialing in you can get a perfect shot of espresso and the steam wand isn't too crazy to work with either. Highly recommend if you're looking for something other than cups and pods for your morning routine.

This purchase was a great deal. It was a gift for my daughter for Christmas, which was an early gift. So glad Best Buy made it happen.

The best machine I ever had. My husband purchased this for my birthday. I would recommend for people who love real coffee. I spent time researching espresso machines. This espresso machine fit all my wants and then some.

Excellent product been using this for more than a year

Used it for a few weeks, different syrups added, steaming milk, espresso and lattes. Works great, easy to operate, great tasting drinks. Definitely some trial and fine tuning with my technique, but an excellent machine!

So pleased with this Espresso Maker! Not only does it look amazing on my kitchen counter but no more spending money on espressos and it makes one heck of an espresso! Wowzers! A++

This espresso machine is sturdy and gets the job done. An espresso machine is always a scary buy because you dont want to get a cheap one, but this one is well worth the investment.

I love this machine! The espresso comes out fast, it's very easy to use and is beautiful!
