Been using this kettle for couple of weeks now and loved the ease of use. It takes very less time to heat the water and is also very convenient to reheat existing contents. Would definitely recommend this product.

This is the best teapot I have ever owned. I have bought two others to give away. I will probably buy more to give away. Works very quickly to heat the water and the temp. is controllable.

This is the perfect tea kettle for working at home. I always have a cup of hot tea. I use a tea bag in the infuser and brew a pot of tea for the morning. The "keep warm" feature is wonderful. I also love how you can set it to different temperatures depending on your type of tea. I also have the problem of what appears to be rust at the bottom of the kettle as other reviews have written about. I rinse the kettle out every day and keep it flipped upside down in my drying rack. I also don't like how there is a lip that catches some of the water, even when it is upside down.

This tea pot is amazing. It allows you to put your loose tea leaves in the canister and make tea, regardless of the type of tea and keeps it warm if you select the Keep Warm button. Great gift idea. Great to keep on counter.

I like the different temp settings you can choose depending on your tea or drinks.

If you are tea drinker, highly recommended this product. The temperature are pre-set and you can choose the setting based on your loose tea. Hot water boils pretty fast based on the recommended setting.

This Kettle makes the best tea I have ever tasted I don’t know how it makes such a fresh clean tasting tea but it is delicious. Very easy to use and I like that the container is glass and not plastic.

Had to experiment with this a little bit but figured out how to make a perfect cup of tea. Put water in, set it to boil with the tea in the up position, let it get to boil and immerse the tea, reset the temperature to 160-175 depending on your preference, and set the keep warm button on. I am in love with this tea maker. The only thing that is annoying is the loud beeps it makes. Otherwise, it is wonderful!

This kettle heat the water very fast. Really satisfied with this kettle. Was looking at other kettles and I have to say I was surprised with the Bella tea maker.

Despite the black tea button failing to auto shut off after some use this kettle is amazing. Absolutely love it. I've noticed most of the delicate teas we brew aren't as bitter as they once were and cleaning is a breeze. Also I love the keep warm option as it allows me to continuously enjoy hot tea whenever I finish my cup.

Nice product working smoothly without any problem producing marvelous green tea as well as black tea using provided temperature settings.
