It is not automatic but it makes good tea pretty easily. I am switching from coffee to tea and this unit helping me to do that. I believe the switch will have positive health results.

We purchased the Breville unit, which was a faithful unit for many years. However, my wife dropped the glass carafe and it burst into a million pieces. I saw this unit on "Deal of the Day" and it amazing. Simple. Built very well. Easy to clean. My wife said easier to use then the Breville. Great value. Also, with the Total Tech it is worry free.

This is a very giod tea pot. It heats quickly and the glass container makes it easy to see the tea being infused. The infuser works well.

It is nice to have different temp setup according to the purposes. But as many other reviews mentioned, the top parts are getting rusty.

This thing is fast and powerful. Hot water to boiling water in a few minutes and the pour alone is so worth it with no spills I used to get from just using a round pot.
