Bella ProSeries This is the best electric tea kettle I’ve ever owned. I may just buy another for my vacation home even though I already have one there.

Really good kettle option. Quickly heats up the water at the setting for the temperature of various tea types. It also has a useful container to hold loose-leaf tea or tea bags which is very helpful and easy to clean. I highly recommend this kettle.

If you drink tea, this is the pot for you. Has several heating degree temps. Different tea requires different degrees of hot water. This pot does that for you

The kettle itself was fabulous until it malfunctioned and flooded my kitchen, making a big mess behind my stove. Trying to work with Bella (also known as "Made by Gather") for the warranty was extremely time consuming and frustrating. It took from December 16, 2022 until Feb 22, 2023 to have put a refund check in process. I had to provide information, photos and videos multiple times. After each step, I had to follow up several times to receive a response. I would not recommend purchasing anything from Bella if you might need to take advantage of the warranty.

Love it and it is easy to use. Gave it 4 stars as I would like the warmer option to stay on longer.

Excellent tea maker, very easy to do. I liked the warming feature. Only thing is to expect staining if you make black tea.

[Employee of bestbuy] We bought one for us and our for our daughter and son-in-law as a gift. We are so impressed how fast it boils water and love the controls. However we notice when you feel the tea basket up with tea and try to keep it suspended after Brewing it doesn't always stay up

Got this for my wife for xmas to make her herbal tea easier. Especially like the multiple temperature options for different types of tea. Just push the button for the temp you want, and it heats up to that temp, plays a little tune, and then turns off (Unless you also press the hold temp button right after to push the correct temp button...it will then hold the temp for 30 mins) Seems sturdy, and tea strainer is easy to use, and seems solid. Got on a deal-of-the day for $ 30

Great product and makes hot tea quickly. The temperature control setting and auto shut off function are very helpful to prevent over heatings!
