It works as described. It boils quickly. It has several settings for various types of tea. It’s easy to clean. It holds enough water for a pitcher of tea. It shuts automatically and has a warm setting to keep the tea warm. What more could you want from a tea pot?

I purchased this unit due to my electric thermos bottle was broken. This tea kettle is powerful. It boils water only take less 10 minutes and able to keep warm at selected temperature. This kettle has a good quality. Best Buy handled my order very efficient.

We bought one for us and our for our daughter and son-in-law as a gift. We are so impressed how fast it boils water and love the controls. However we notice when you feel the tea basket up with tea and try to keep it suspended after Brewing it doesn't always stay up

Purchased September 2021. Veey nice settings for different brews. I used my kettle daily or occasionally every two-three days. Honestly, I've never used the tea filter basket - just the various water boils. Ive never even used the keep warm setting, though I thought id like those features. Nice to have but for one, me, turned out I didn't really need that. I never removed my filter basket, either, but my kettle has not rusted at all as some people have had issue with. I've cleaned my kettle every 7-15 days with water and a half cup white vinegar set on a boil with beautiful cleaning results. A couple of paper towels to wipe the kettle dry and i was good until my next usage. I used my kettle yesterday, as always, without incident. Nothing unusual transpired. This morning the kettke lit up, as it does and i pushed my desired setting. All seemed fine, except the water no longer boils. I chatted online and the chatbox connected my chat with a live agent, who was kind and eager to help, but ultimately it felt more like she blew me off by telling me ti take my kettle into the store where they'll help me. No documentation of our chat except my screenshot. I feel like a walk into store is going to be greeted by a big fat sorry, tough luck. Perhaps I'm wrong there but it feels more like boot in the rear. Bottom line is my 5-month old kettle looks fine and lights up fine, but no longer heats or boils while yesterday, it still did. I wasn't able to troubleshoot the issue, either. Just very sad for such a nice kettle.

I like it. Looks better and tastes better than my plastic one. I got it on sale.

I've had this for about 5 months and I still love it. The inside bottom of the kettle does get stained, but you can easily get your whole hand in there to scour it, if that bothers you. The best part is that with the temperature selection buttons, there's no guess work about if you're using the right temperature for what you're brewing. The only thing that stops me from giving it 5 stars is that you have to first push the the start button to turn it on, then the temperature selection button. So you can't run this on a timer and have your hot beverage ready and waiting for you in the morning. So I just have to remember to load it and start it up before showering. Then I have enough tea for breakfast and to pour into a travel mug for my commute.

This makes the best tea I've ever had. It boils fast or it just lightly rolls for more delicate teas. You can't go wrong with this one.
