It heats up fast and you get to choose the temperature. A couple of things I don’t like. Really loud and I wish I would just keep the tea warm longer.

Great Water Boiler

I already bought it twice, one for myself and the other as a gift. Great for anything that requires hot water. I really don’t use the tea infuser as I find it to burn the tea and leave residue especially with black teas. I end up using this one strictly to boil water at the right temperature.

There is only one thing I would like to see improved...it's hard to clean arouroundn the top rim on the inside.

Wonderful appliance

Most of my tea is bag brew so I haven't used the steep basket yet but the design is nice and easy to understand the levels of water heating.

Tea bursts with flavor and is stronger after making it this way. Can make ice tea with the left over tea in the pot.
