The Bella - Pro Series Electric Tea Kettle is a good purchase. Looks good on my counter. It is a good quality product with great operating features. You control the flavor, color and taste. I wanted to try loose tea. Tea bags or loose, great cup of tea every time.

Easy to clean I guess it says just boil water it does make it easier for a cup of tea. I have other products having a problem returning it to the manufacturing company

Purchased this as a holiday gift, the price was great and overall it's a pretty good electric kettle with the bonus of the attached tea diffuser!

This works I was wanting a better cup of coffee it takes a little longer but makes a good coffee.but I think it’s more for tea since it has 3 setting for tea and only 1 for coffee. I didn’t have course ground and that might make a difference.but I am satisfied

My wife uses this quite a bit for a year now. It makes great tea quick and cleans up pretty easy.

I wanted to like this tea kettle as it has all the features I was seeking as an upgrade from my vintage model. But there is an inner ridge at the top of the inside that makes it tough for the kettle to dry out when emptied. This requires using a towel to dry it out unless you'd be ok having condensation inside the kettle with its sealed lid on after days of non-use. The plastic filter screen at this ridge is plastic and I can't imagine it lasting very long after multiple cleanings. The tea basket is fixed onto the lid and I thought that too was something I preferred not to have. The electronic buttons at the bottom are not sealed so will be prone to getting wet occasionally—also not a good thing. I thought it took a bit longer than it should to heat the 1.7L of water. I am returning it. Maybe old school Russell-Hobbs isn't so bad after all, if you can find them.

Have used this kettle everyday with no issues. Love the different temperatures for a variety of teas. Very easy to operate.

It has good temperature control system with various buttons for our needs. The filter system can be used for infusions and decoctions. Decent product and recommend.

Solid ad easy to use. Varying temperatures depending on type of drink you are making. Great for loose leaf teas. Heats quickly.

Great addition to my kitchen. If you drink black tea like I do , this must be item in your kitchen, specially when you want tea to go. heavily used and very durable
