I’ve been using it since December 2020 every day to make tea, and keep it warm, sometimes I reheat it, it will still taste good if you remove the infuser after the tea dark enough, I haven’t had any issues with it yet, I’m pretty happy with it.

I just love how my tea comes out it has for delicate different temperature, green tea , herbal tea you just love the way the bags come out with the right temperature water and keep warm for a 2 cup it’s a perfect gift .

My wiife and I found outselves in a situation where we were burned out on coffee. Weird, right? This was the perfect fix. We drink different tea so this was the perfect fit. Plus we use it for hot chocolate, ramen, etc. Great buy.

I picked one up for my wife on recommendation from a barrista. Works very well, stylish, and looks great in the kitchen. She likes it so much she had her friend buy one. If you like to make different types of tea, this will make the best tasting tea you've ever had at home.

The tea making capabilities are great. I do not like how confusing it can get if you do not read the manual. Overall, the water boils and you pour into your cup. Great for coffee and tea.

I would have given it 5 stars for functionality. Removed one star as the print next to the buttons can easily be removed if you clean it with Clorox wipes. Recommend using soap water only.

This one is awesome. There was a manufacturer’s problem with mine where the loose leaf tea holder was stuck and I t was really hard to get off. But, other than that it works great, was a good investment!

Really like this water warmer and the options with it. Sad thing i I can not get the tea basket off and contacted the manufacture twice and they have not replied to me. nice otherwise.

Looks really nice in our space and heats water very fast in comparison to other kettles I’ve owned.

I love it! No issues so far! I do wish the tea basket bar could be completely removed but not a deal breaker. I use it more to warm water than to steep a tea bag. Overall, pleased with the product. Great for the price paid.

When I bought this product I want expecting it to work as well as it did. It brought my tea to a boil within minutes and all the different heat settings fit my different types of teas so perfectly. Would highly recommend this product, especially for that price

Easy.to use. Works great right after open the box. I’m very happy that I bought it. I recommend this to all tea drinkers. Only one feature I don’t like is it make a little noise “bíp bíp bíp” every time it done. That’s a little noise sometimes make me uncomfortable.I would giẻ it 5 stars rate if it doesn’t have that feature.

I always want the tea maker, but it all expensive or bad rating from end user. I bought this one on sale and great for my tea. Only thing I dislike about this tea maker is won't drain all water out the pot when you clean it

Buying was very good. But pickup was bad for Bella pro kettle. Because to many people in and outside. Bad for me for standing to long. I guess it couldn't be helped. Just getting to old for that stuff. Dennis
