My wife loves this kettle. It's very easy to use and works fast. So far we have had zero issues.

Great design of this brewer. Works fast, looks great, but the Keep Warm function is defective. I checked online and found it to be a regular problem now. Bella Responded quickly and offered a credit due to the fact the have no replacment inventory

Works great to boil water in different temperatures, however it is not really easy to remove the basket to place the tea in.

Excellent kettle, brings temperature of water from room temp up to 212 degrees in less than 2 min. Has 4 temp settings, 160,175,195, and 212 as pre sets for tea types. The other 3 temps are reached in about 1 min, so essentially you have to wait a grand total of 3-5 min for a perfect cup of tea. Boils way swifter than a pan on the stove and tastes better as your not scorching the tea:)

Was happy to make the purchase. I’d been looking for a kettle that had adjustable temperature settings. Ultimately, I was not impressed by the unit itself. The steeper basket inside the unit would not come loose, so I could not load it with my brew of choice. I tried as hard as I could before I feared that I would break it all together. Returned unit and go a different model that didn’t require a basket for brewing..

Great for tea but coffee tastes really bad. Tried different combinations to make coffee, but none tasted good. However, makes great tea!

I just started using if for making tea and coffee. I love this kettle. In couple of minutes the tea is ready. Bella makes quality items at reasonable price.

Like it a lot. But water at my home is awful so deposits accumulate. You will have to use a descaled. Has nothing to do with functionality of kettle.

I wanted to start drinking more tea, so I thought if I simplified the process I would. And, yes, it takes up more space. But what I told all my tea loving friends when I sent it to them suggesting they purchase it, was that it heats up each kind of tea to the perfect temp for that tea. And drinking tea at the right temp makes it so much more enjoyable!

I own this for awhile now I use it almost every day it works well and has a great value

This machine works as described. I actually love it. It makes enough tea for me for two days. That way I only need to brew every other day during the week, saving me time! Very nice looking machine too!
