This is the best tea kettle ever. I only brew loose leaf now because it is so easy with the built in infuser. I make big pots of tea and it costs almost nothing.

So it heats up fast. Like the variable temp settings. Have not used the tea steeper yet, but it's a nice touch. Wish the warmer was for longer than 30 minutes, like 60 minutes.

Very practical tea maker but the bottom of the pot, around metal screw forms rust which is the negative part for this machine.

I never owned a kettle before but comparing so many others before buying this one, I think I picked the best. Love it's appearance. It even lights up when using it and when it's ready. It looks so cool! And the base with controls is an added feature that many other kettles don't have. I'm considering buying a second one for when this one wears out.

Great product for use with either looseleaf tea or tea bags when making hot tea or even Ice-T

Great product. The tea is fully brewed yet within a very short time. Uses less tea leaves too. I guess because of how heat is utilized in the brewing.

Bought this to replace Chefman that we bought last year. This one is far superior to the Chefman and was well worth the higher price. My favorite feature is that is chimes when the water boils.

It is a good electric kettle. Boiling time is very fast. The only thing wrong with it is the rust around the rim.

I like it. But the only limitation the product has it won’t shutdown while you select the black tea. Somebody has to turn it off.

works as expected...only thing, I wish it had digital temperature control in addition to having few preset temperature settings for brewing different types of tea.

Bought this for use in my motor home. Wanted an inexpensive stainless and glass electric kettle. This fills the bill nicely.

You could call me the kitchen gadget queen, and my Bella Kettle has to be on my top five. If you are a real tea lover this is a must have item.
