Also the led light inside the pot stopped working after 4 uses. I sent an email for warranty over 3 months ago and still no response.

The coffee looks like water and weak when done. The only thing it does well is boils water quickly. Worst purchase I’ve ever made!!

Great buy!

The options for different temps seem to work ok. The only thing I would says is the gallon ice tea bag sizes don't fit in the large tea holder, but I suppose, it's not meant for that purpose. I haven't made tea in the steeper part yet because I'm not sure how I will be cleaning it when it can't be submersed, as it's electric. The only weird part is there's not "release mechanism for the entire lid. It literally just pops out, and I'm not sure how long those plastic prongs will hold out over time. So far, it's working great and keeping good temps. The auto shut off is awesome too, since I use my tea bags in my cups and not in the kettle. Great buy and great price when I purchased!

My favorite is the Molla Puro, which I have at the office because it's very quiet and fast. This electric kettle is equally fast and almost as quiet, but for less than half the price
