    Great product, gets used daily for hot & ice tea making. Love the alarm to let me know the water is boiled. So much better than boiling water in a standard tea pot.

    It is not an ideal tea maker. It only holds the tea warm for 30 minutes. Every 30 minutes you have to turn the tea maker on again at which point tea boils for a few seconds which is a no-no when brewing tea.
