The water heats up SO FAST and it’s easy to brew teas perfectly using the specific tea selections on the base. I got a second one for my daughter who is a total tea snob and she loves it too. Great purchase overall!

We got it second hand, so not really unexpected, but sad nonetheless. We decided to buy another one because it was very nice.

When I'm drinking tea, don't want to prepare tea in plastic. Hot plastic is easy for me to taste and smell. But it's easy to use. I returned it.

Grand master kettle

I like it because users have slots of options at all times. The color is immaculate and I can make my favorite tea always. Hopefully, the color wouldn’t fade after extensive use.

Got it on a $35 discount. So for $20 bucks it was well worth the it. It is currently on sale, so pick it up.

Individual settings for each type of tea and the "keep warm" setting is great for hosting parties where our guests have access to make their own hot drinks. Seems very high quality.

The tea basket broke on second use

If you just need it to heat, you’ll need be happy with this tea kettle. I need it as a tea kettle with steeping basket so for me it was a fail.
