Before I purchased it, I read some reviews ans some people complained about how easy it would rust. I would suggest to clean it after each use and use paper towels to dry the bottom. Haven't had any issues so far.

Pleased to have gotten this as best buy of the day. Heats quickly. I like the visibility of the glass & seems well shielded from shock by stainless & rubber surround.

I have purchased this unit twice. I loved mine so much I had to buy one for my mother. Caught it both times on sale (Deal of the day). Great value when you get it for under $30.

Kettle boils and makes tea with or without the basket. For the BF special price I was able to pick this up with, this was a good deal.

Excellent for tea and heating water. I use this almost every day. I would highly recommend it! I really like the way it lights up so you can see what is going on and where the water level is at.

Purchased this product from Best Buy on Feb 27 2020. It has stopped heating water. All the buttons, lights, and sounds work, but the water no longer gets hot. Almost lasted a year...

It lasted about 18 months of daily use. Worked great, and then it just stopped. The base turns on, but the heating element does not.

It doe3s what it says it would do which is heat water up to and including a roiling boil. Preset temperatures are useful and when I measured the the temp accurate to within three degrees.

Great additions to the kitchen. We love hot water after dinner. This is the great proxy for the features it offers. It is also metal and glass.

This electric tea maker is great to make coffee or tea, you have options to choose the water temperature. Also include the filter for your tea, very convenient use. Love this.

We have had ours for 5 years now with no issues. Great for brewing all kinds of teas. We like it so much we ordered a 2nd one to have for down the line when it fails.

I use it for quick tea making daily. The best part is tea leaf holder. also use it for warning the water for drinking. works excellent. looks good.

Very cool kettle bought to replace one we have had for 15 yrs (different brand that was still working). This one unfortunately stopped working 7 months after purchased. Loved the see through glass, the tea container, and the different heat settings. Not a fan of the high pitched beep when it is done (wakes up people)...

Looks great and it works, but it started leaking. The rubber ring around the thermostat at the bottom of the kettle became loose with few months of use. I mainly bought to save on electricity as i dnt need full boiling water each time and now hv to spend extra to buy another one. Going back to regular water kettle.

comparablt to the mor expensive brands. more features than others. No nonsense temp presets. If you love tea, you know that this is very indispensable- a must-have.

Start rust from 2nd use. Cheap stainless steel. Will not recommend

I bought thinking it will keep my tea warm all day long. Apparently, it shuts off after warming for about an hour. I have to keep pressing the warm button.

Overall it is good. But from time to time, there is something with the plastic inside on the bottom.

Works flawlessly. Stainless does stain easily with tea but doesn’t make it unusable and there are methods to remove the staining.

We've used this daily for two years now. it beeps pretty loud when its ready. works great. I like that it is clear and you can see when bubbles start
