    It was a disaster. burned the base and it did not cut off automatically as mentioned. Created a mess on the counter. Electric hazard. Returned it.

    I really wanted to like this kettle... It's build quality and features are excellent. However, any water boiled in this kettle smells of and tastes of plastic. That's totally unacceptable. In spite of this unit working perfectly, I returned it as defective, and I thank Best Buy for their upstanding consumer-centered policies.

    The brand does not stand behind its warranty. They denied to send me a replacement or simply fix the item because the price had changed since I bought it!

    Worked well and then died after only 3 months without warning. Now the buttons light up and they beep when pressed but it no longer heats the water.

    I bought this trying to cut out plastic. The box states the basket is stainless steel. Which is partially true, but its got alot of plastic on it.

    Had to return the first one of these I purchased because the keep warm function shut off after 2 minutes. The replacement version had the exact same defect. Very disappointed to say the least.

    this kettle worked just fine, but after only 1 month of use, it rusted, pretty significantly. Cheap grade stainless was used. I would not recommend.

    Works well, it got some discoloration/corrosion on the bottom within a few weeks, and some plastic parts that touch the water contain BPA.

    Im sure the products great, its meant as a christmas gift. I ordered this product for delivery and best buy decided to just slap a sticker on the box and call it a day, ruining the suprise for christmas. I know how these products are delivered based on when i used to work there and i know for a fact its just employees being lazy. Thanks for the ruined suprise guys.

    The boiling pin is rust ( inside ) the kettle!!! And I don’t know how can i clean that rust !

    No matter how much i soak this thing, it gathers a white substance at the base and its rusting too. I tried to use the tea infuser a few times and it was flavorless. not pleased at all with this purchase,
