I really wanted to like this...

It's build quality and features are excellent. However, any water boiled in this kettle smells of and tastes of plastic. That's totally unacceptable. In spite of this unit working perfectly, I returned it as defective, and I thank Best Buy for their upstanding consumer-centered policies.

Don’t buy this brand

Good while it lasted

Good design, poor execution

The replacement version had the exact same defect. Very disappointed to say the least.

Works great, but rusted after 1 month

I ordered this product for delivery and best buy decided to just slap a sticker on the box and call it a day, ruining the suprise for christmas. I know how these products are delivered based on when i used to work there and i know for a fact its just employees being lazy. Thanks for the ruined suprise guys.

Weird substance at bottom
