Love This Tea Steeper
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My first use of this was to see how long it took to bring water to a full boil (there's a setting for this) I was amazed at a full boil in under 3 minutes. The second time I used this was to make a pot of herbal tea (there's a setting for this too, as well as Green Tea, Black Tea, Delicate Teas, and even for ground coffee) The herbal tea was made perfectly & quickly! This morning I used it to make coffee, and the Keep Warm setting kept it perfectly heated. Clean up was quick & simple. I would recommend this item highly to any tea or coffee drinker!!

Immediate burn marks

Looks nice, but not what I expected

Not the kettle's fault, I just didn't read all the specs and info. I assumed that the tea strainer was removeable, but it is not. Also, the kettle does not switch to keep warm setting automatically. Unfortunately, not very user-friendly for my household.

Bad surprise from trusted brand

Didn't last a month, replacement didn't last a day

Bought one, replaced after a month due to not powers on anymore. I would plug it in, it was light up, and nothing after that. Took it in the store to get a replacement, thankfully I got Geek Squad protection on it. Well, they shipped me another, and it did the same thing right out of the box. Will not be purchasing anymore of these, and will probably steer clear of Bella products in general.

Didn’t satisfy expectations

The timer for tea is too short, you want to keep tea warm for at least an hour or two. Pour a cup then come back as the conversation goes with your guests. Can’t adjust. On top, unit turned out to be defective. Rusty spots everywhere. Please check yours and let the company know.
