This product is so easy to use. I was amazed at how quickly it boiled water. I timed it the second time I used it and it came to a full boil in less than 4 minutes! There are multiple settings for different types of tea and even a setting for coffee. I like that you can select the appropriate setting so the water will be heated to the precise temperature for the specific type of tea you are making. My husband drinks tea every night and usually just heats a cup of water in the microwave. He was surprised at how much better his tea was after using this kettle instead! It is also easy to clean. This product is a must for tea drinkers!!

It gets really ugly on the inside and less than a 1 year and its leaking.

After using it for 1 month, small tiny pieces start coming up from a small hole on the bottom.

his thing is awesome. I make batches of tea, hot and cold, in minutes, and clean up takes 30 seconds. The cordless kettle and well kept base cord make for sleek look and minimize counter clutter. I recommend this to anyone looking for a quick way to boil water and make batch drinks!

The product was decent at first. Works as it should glass is a bit on thin side but great quality. However, a few days ago it doesn’t shows any sign of power and stopped function. Only had this for about 7 months this is quite a big let down. Shows it has 2 years of warranty but has no info whom to contact to. Hopefully, not a another e-waste.

I really like this tea kettle! It's easy to use and surprisingly easy to clean (I was expecting a mess with the infuser, but it was great). It's very good-looking and it holds a lot of tea - I was expecting it to take up more space on my counter than it does, considering what it holds. The cord storage is a plus, and the pre-set buttons work well for my needs. The only thing I would change would be to make the Keep Warm cycle a bit longer - it only lasts 30 minutes, and this thing holds a lot of tea! Probably not an issue for you if you're a faster tea drinker than I am.

Whiteish stuff coming out from the bottom. I bought this for my office, I realized that there are whiteish stuff coming out from the bottom where the rubber ring is at. This is very disgusting...

Thermometer is in the bottom of the pot so washing it most likely will damage it and will break or start leaking.

Plastics are not bpa free and the inside of the kettle rusted in the first week

Overall, it’s a great product! I like the mechanism to load tea, and the ability to lower it to start infusing as desired. Made jasmine tea that I got from China- worked well, brewed well, nice fragrance, did not smell/taste burnt. Oolong tea was great too. When making Black tea, I liked that we can select higher temperature. I did try making Indian tea (with milk added), and that didn’t go well as the entire mix boiled out very-very fast. So I would probably stick to infusing in water only. The device should probably have a warning to infuse with water only. In summary great product that I recommend to any fellow tea lover

If you press the black tea button and boiled the water then will start leaking fluid/water Safety hazard

Worked great at the beginning. It has since developed a leak and does not hold water. It's total junk now.

Returning it :/ kinsa was excited for it. Looks cool. But stopped working immediately.

Stop working after one month from purchase. Not the best quality.

This is a very nice tea kettle. Very easy to use, even without instructions. Did find then on the internet. Different temperatures for different teas, boil water and make coffee. The cord wraps around base so it’s out of the way. Great product.

My tea actually tastes better now that I’m brewing it in my Bella Pro 2 in 1 Steeping Kettle! The infuser’s micro-sized holes mean no bits of tea in my cup when I use loose tea, and it works great with tea bags, too. I drink both herbal and black teas, and being able to choose the exact temperature for the type of tea is a great feature. And it comes to temperature amazingly fast—very handy when just boiling water. I also love the hidden cord storage under the unit’s base. This kettle is everything I wanted, and more.

As someone who drinks large quantities tea this kettle has changed the game for me. I typically use my electric kettle, boil water and then forget about it. This kettle is great since it steeps the tea and keeps it warm if you forget about it, it’s a nice feature if you forget about your tea. This kettle is great if you enjoy several cups of tea at a time, but it may be too much for people who enjoy single cups. In that case using this kettle for just hot water also works. The water temperature feature has worked wonderfully for my herbal teas and the LED lights are a nice aesthetic touch.

We drink a lot of tea. Many with different brew points. I needed something that could have adjustable water temperature because I couldn't adjust water on my Keurig and was tired of using a thermometer to test water temperature when made on stove. I bought this and I am so glad I did. Heats up quickly. Keeps the water right temperature for when I forget to pour immediately. Perfect cup of tea everytime.

We are big tea drinkers always brewing big batches of tea. This tea kettle eliminates all the middle steps I normally take. And the great feature is that there are different preset temperatures for different teas so it brews it to perfection. Love it and highly recommend it.
