Sleek and sturdy

So quick and easy

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have recently been introduced to the world of tea and this item has proven to be a game changer. Not only is it fully automated and costumizable, but it also allows for more than enough tea to be made in one batch. I was a bit concerned that the steeper would be loose at first but rest assured that thing is not going anywhere. Additionally, this works great just to boil water in general. I’m a huge coffee person as well and will use this to get hot water for my French press too. Would definitely recommend!

water overflow when boiling tea
Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The kettle heats up very fast. However, every time when I boil my tea, it overflows crazy, even though I put the water below max tea line. It seems I can only set to lower level when brewing teas. I wish it has smarter program to boil tea, such as lowering the power when it reaches boiling point.

It works easily My only complaint is that heating, even on boiling temp, does not stay hot once poured . Maybe Im doing something wrong, but how hard is it to boil water?

Don't buy

It's supposed to stay on for 30 min., it's off in 15 seconds. I have written to the co. 4 times and no reply. It's a piece of junk, so sorry that I wasted my money on it.
