Nice features, works well
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really like this kettle. The "keep warm" and "auto off" work perfect. I find it best to press "keep warm" when setting the temperature; it won't work if you press it near the end of the cycle. Since I don't use it for tea, I can't comment on how well it brews different tea types. I removed the basket, it was moderately hard to do (see my answer to a question a month or so ago). There are two design issues. First, the lid is very tight and difficult to remove for adding more water, especially if the kettle is hot. Second, the spout is too wide and is difficult (but not impossible) to pour slowly or precisely (such as for pour-over coffee). Nonetheless, it is a major upgrade from my previous electric kettle, and I'm very pleased with it.

Great kettle, even after a year!
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We use this kettle everyday for green tea and for our French press, and it’s perfect. We took off the basket in the middle because we only heat water. We’ve been using the kettle for ever a year and have absolutely no complaints! :)

Great energy saver
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great, fast, very efficient kettle. We use it all the time!! We save energy by heating water in kettle then pouring into saucepan on stove for stove top cooking , much faster than waiting for stove top to boil. Love the many settings for different teas.

Bella kettle
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the keep warm option on this kettle. Only drawback (hence 4 star rating) I have is the large lip on the inside of the kettle. Cannot drain all of the water out of it without using rag to sop up rest.

Good Tea maker
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is good. But cleaning is a little painful. If we just rinse with soap water each time the glass and the container gets stained after some time. So we need to scrub it occasionally to keep the shine.

A nice addition to kitchen
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice Electric tea maker. It has 4 temperature settings. Tea basket is easy to clean. Height adjustment for the tea basket allows you to warm tea without tea basket immersed in it. 4 settings allows tea to be warm to piping hot. Using it everyday.

Perfect electric kettle
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far I am using this kettle to boil water and my experience is very good. There is option to keep warm and the kettle will automatically heat up water to keep it warm. It shuts down automation again once boiling is completed. Good purchase.

Quick and convenient way to heat water
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Getting close to one year of use now. I use it several times a week. My buddy for instant coffee during Covid times and working from home. Warms water up pretty quickly. I have not brewed hot coffee but have used it to brew Thai tea in the filter cup. The keep warm options keeps my water at the ready but does eventually time out though. There several options for water temp that is pretty accurate. Nice, clean stainless steel look that compliments my other appliances.

Very convenient! Seep tea after temp is reached.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Select button for temp of tea. When it beeps, push down on plunger for tea inside and it seeps. After you're done seeping, pull up on plunger. Works. Only keeps temp for a short time before turning off, but that was listed in the information. Thanks!

It's alright, but not that great.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's an electric kettle that has a small basket to hang tea in. That alone isn't worth the $60 price tag. But, with the added preset temperature functions, it could have been. Could have. The problem is that water tends to boil at a lower and lower temperatures the higher in elevation you go. I live at about 7500 feet, so water boils here around 198f. The black tea setting is preset at 212f. Do you see the issue? The pot ends up boiling away on the highest setting, and it won't stop. It will just keep going and going until the water has bubbled all over the kitchen. I never had a problem with my old electric kettle, although that one didn't have a fancy computer in it... Or a tea holder. I guess you get what you pay for. Anyway, I tried using some of the lower settings, but without bubbles there to agitate the water through the tea basket, it takes a fair bit of time to really steep the tea. I'm either left watching the kettle until it boils than manually putting it down to a lower temperature to keep it warm, or letting it sit there for a while and let convection currents move through the basket. I tried using the "delicate tea" function (160f) on some strawberry infused rose hip tea, but even after half an hour of steeping I was left with a very weak tea. Overall, I expected a replacement to my old formula of using an electric kettle, pouring my tea, then waiting for a bit while the tea steeped. I expected something automatic, but this device doesn't really solve that problem for me. I guess if you're closer to sea level or are looking for an electric kettle to replace your old one this will do you- but if you're looking to upgrade or automate your tea steeping, this may not be the device you're looking for. Also, it's tea. Full of tannins. After a few trials today, it's already stained. I don't expect this thing to ever look clean again without a pantry full of vinegar at the ready.

Good Tea Kettle....
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really like this kettle, it’s affordable and easy to work. The only issue I have is it doesn’t automatically go to hold warm after using a particular setting. I would recommend this kettle for purchase.

Nice!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is by far been our favorite kettle. It's got a decent price, but you can adjust the water to however hot you wanted. Some things you just don't want boiling and some things you just want warm so having that option is really fantastic

So far so good
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had my eye on a cordless electric kettle for some time and finally grabbed this in a deal of the day- it’s been used 1-4x a day since I received it and it’s been great. For those that have asked, there are a few plastic parts that may be in contact with the water - the interior of the lid and the lid of the tea basket (which is not removable, just positonable). I know not to leave water in the kettle or the lid on when not in use, so I don’t expect any rust issues, but time will tell. On the deal price, it’s reasonable to grab another in a few years. I do wish I could silence the buttons/sounds and remove the tea basket, but for the value I’d recommend it or even buy it again.

Favorite kettle by far
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love how the different temps tell you what tea they are for instead of having to look it up. Also love that its glass, we are very picky about what products we use in our home to reduce any potential heavy metal contaminations.
