Cooks Great but Front Discolors - Not Stainless

It cooks perfectly and is great for reheating meals, especially with the convection option. However, less than a year after purchasing it we noticed that the door right above the handle was starting to discolor. Now it is no longer the beautiful black stainless steel color, but is now an orangish copperish color. So much for being stainless. I have sent 2 emails to Bella customer support (the email provided in their manual) and have yet to receive any kind of response. I tried to return it to Best Buy but it is outside of their return policy. The oven still cooks amazing, but it looks awful now.

I like that you can set an actual temperature, instead of a little dial that you kinda hope it's exactly on what you need. You won't be disappointed with this purchase!

Do not buy if your ears work

I wanted a good toaster oven because I couldn't justify using a full size oven to prepare a small meal for two people. This oven does have convection as an option, but I'm not a big lover of convection baking so I'm pleased that that can be turned off. I wish Bella would offer appropriate bakeware for the oven.
