This waffle maker makes perfect waffles for our family. The dual irons cook evenly and the adjustment dial makes sure they are the perfect color. The removable drip tray easily catches spills and overruns, and the irons are easy to wipe clean after use. The built in timer beeps when the waffles are done so it takes the guesswork out of when the waffles are done.

I like this waffle maker because it is easy to use and it allows me to cook 2 at a time. The couple of things I'm getting used to: a. it is difficult to know the sequence after the first batch is done (the light comes on and a beep announces the set is ready to be taken out, but then don't know whether to wait for the light to come back on indicating it's ready, or to pour the new set in). b. regardless how careful I am to pour batter, it always spills and it creates a mess on the sides, which always results in a messy cleanup. c. The color control is inconsistent, I don't seem to ever get the same results of toasted surface even if I keep the dial the same way I did on a previous run of good toast. However, the waffles taste really good and the shape is very waffle-like.

Ordered from best buy, was a nightmare experience as item arrived damaged and then was shipped to me only to be missing parts! a very poor experience. Product is not so PRO as expected, plates are secured in place making it difficult to clean after use to store. Don't have a timer to alert you when cooking may be complete!

Love the Perfection that it makes with every waffle!

Love it. I turn it on to preheat, when ready, I turn it down to my preference for doneness (i.e. crispiness), add the batter and voila, waffles. Depending on the batter mixture the waffle will usually come out easily in one piece, but occasionally the struggle is real. The drip tray is a nice plus that allows for easier cleanup.

Loved how the waffles turned out. Just what I was looking for. Would recommend.
