Heavy duty machine, a bit bulky and difficult to store. Heats up ridiculously quick, and makes 2 perfect waffles in minutes. Definitely spray the surface before adding batter or you’ll hate yourself during cleanup time. I would buy it again.

bought it on a Daily Deal sale, so it was fairly inexpensive. Picked up from local BB a few days later. Pros: the on/off switch is very useful. The cook time control also help cook the waffles to your preference. The nonstick surface work well....so far. The dual waffle config is very handy to reduce cook time for the whole family. Cons: the waffle plates tilt a bit on their own, which seems to be a weight balance issue, but this causes the batter to be prone to seeping out....which slips down the side....and cakes on it...and is difficult to clean up.

Works very well and multiple recipes. You just have to be sure to not overload it or you will make a mess. It is very easy to clean up though

Fairly easy to use, but you do need to follow the instructions on preheating. The cup given to measure out was perfect, but I lost it pretty easily. Waffles were amazing.

I used it a couple of times and the waffles came out perfect. Easy to operate. The only problem was how much batter to put on. First time too little and the second time too much. The third time should be a charm.

This was everything that I required. The manual was actually helpful and the waffle maker is very easy to use. I was satisfied with the quality of the waffles. They came out restaurant quality.

This is the type of waffle iron they should have at the breakfast bars in hotel lobbies. You can knock out two waffles at a time and the quality of the waffles come out great. I would recommend this to anyone.

Love it, you can make waffles professionally and it works on both sides. Two at a time. It will let you know when the waffles are ready. Great buy with fast delivery time.

when i ordered it I didn't realize it made 2 waffles at once which is great. The waffles are great and it is so easy to use.I have made about 20 waffles since i got it without them sticking.

Works great once you get the hang of how it operates. The button you push to release the handle catches sometimes which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. It produces great waffles though!

I bought this waffle maker because mine quit working after years of use (Cuisinart). I like the fact that you can make 2 waffles at one time and this allows breakfast to be served faster.

This thing is handy and easy to use. Just pour and wait basically, times 2. Waffles comes out nice and cripsy depending on your setting.

Got it on sale at a great price, the only negative is the grill plates don't come out for cleaning, there was a photo that led me to believe that was the case.
