Disappointed in the construction

The plastic that is used it very thin and cheap (my opinion) and I could see it cracking, chipping or breaking too easily. The stainless steel on the outside didn't seem that great either. Just one mans opinions.

Disappointed with purchase!!! Wasted money!!!

Today, (Feb. 18th, 2021) I opened the box so I can make waffles for the kids. I plugged it in and the light came on. I waited 10 minutes and it did not get hot. No heat at all even though the power light was on. I plugged my toaster in the same outlet to see if the outlet was the issue and the toaster worked. I then plugged the waffle maker in a different outlet and the light came on again but no heat. I called best buy and they said there is nothing they can do be I bought it last month. As an Elite member (former Elite Plus member) I am not too happy about that. I have a many Bella Pro products (rice cooker, toaster, grill etc.) but this is the first time I have received a defective product. I only gave 1 star because of my other "working" Bella products.

Broken

Conveniently I didnt know because i didnt open right away and was just outside of the return period (About a month). So now my double waffle maker only works as a single.
