I have owned other waffle irons and this one is my favorite. You can make up to 2 at a time but a lot of times I only make 1. They always come out perfect and never stick. It cleans up easily. I’ve used it for a few months now and haven’t been disappointed yet.

I did not even get to try this out, because the first thing I noticed when I even looked at the outside of the box is that it was definitely returned by someone before me. When I took the waffle maker out there were grease stains on it, someone could have at least wiped the grease off the stainless steel. If you are going to repackage and sell the item for a high price, the least someone can do is make it look new again by cleaning it up to deceive the customer.

I've had my waffle maker for about 3 months and was loving the dual output for Saturday morning waffles with my daughter. I used it less than 10 times during this time. But just the other morning as I was using it, there was a loud pop and a small spark shot out the side where the cord was attached. The waffle maker stopped working after that. I don't know if there's a recall or if I can get my money back, but this is not only a disappointing purchase, but a dangerous one. 3 months and done.

Would not recommend this item. It is cheaply made. I was not able to return it on time due to pandemic.

Love it at first but broke within 9 months. Junk for not using it every week.

Bottom lid sticks when opening. Waffle splits in half lengthwise because of this.

I love my new waffle iron. So easy to use and clean. Cooks the waffles perfectly and quickly. Best buy I've made in a long time!

I received the waffle maker and the box was damaged and taped together. I just assumed that happened during the shipping process. However when I opened the box, the waffle maker was broken and fell out in pieces. Also, you cal tell it was a return as it was greasy and had been used. It appears it was a return that was just taped up and resold.

Came without a measuring cup included. Will see how it performs.

The item was defective out of the box. One of the platens on heater two did not heat up at all. The "ready" light for heater 2 never came on and when I tried to use it only one of the two platens heated up and therefore did not bake the waffle correctly. It was golden brown on one side and raw on the other. The waffle maker was returned.

Only single use electronic. THe waffle maker parts are not easily removed which means that you will get water on mechanical and wiring parts when you want to use soap and water to clean off the maker. I missed the return window by a few days, otherwise I would return it. Bestbuy should not sell products that are not safe for multiple uses.

I used this waffle maker every weekend for about a month. About half way through making waffles on the fourth weekend, it became electrified and began shocking me when I touched any of the metal parts (waffle iron or the stainless steel covers). I returned the unit and will look for something else that is a bit safer for making waffles.

I was so excited to use this double waffle maker. However, it is not what it cracked up to be. The button to open one side at a time did not work properly. So it ended up opening the side that was cooking and tore the waffle apart. For almost $70, it was not worth keeping.

Love the idea of being able to make two waffles at once, but Side #1 burns the waffle while Side #2 takes forever to cook a waffle. We have tried adjusting the temperature settings, but no luck. Had it less than a month and it’s too late to return to Best Buy, so I am hoping the manufacturer will be of some help.

This is unacceptable and even tougher with the current store return policies. 1st clue was a "Best Buy inspected" tape over the opening. Then it was missing the measuring cup. Unfortunate purchase.

The waffles made by this waffle maker are hollow. They look like a perfect waffle, but the inside is literally empty. The thing also constantly makes noise. Returning after the first use, my $17 Oster I bought this to replace makes better waffles.

We've had this bella flip waffle for about a month and we use it 5-6 days a week. Sadly the waffles are starting to stick and break apart when trying to remove them. Initially they came out smoothly but now we're thinking of returning the waffle maker.

I bought this for my family of three but my first use was thankfully for a family gathering of 12. So testing the dual waffle capacity and the what gradient of browning do you want, was in full effect! Effortless control, consistent even temperature, fast warmup made my waffle game look flawless. Highly recommended.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I’ve had this thing for 5 months and from day one the waffles would stick to a degree. Now, it’s unusable as the waffles stick so bad that you can’t get them out and then they burn.

4 months of using it to make 4 waffles every weekend and the plates don’t heat up any longer … will update rating based on how the warranted process goes
