After 3 years it no longer works

Bella Bella, run for the hills fella ! The only thing this will "flip" is the cash out of your pockets !

Arrived Defective
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First off, while making the waffles only side ONE worked, side two would ALWAYS burn the waffle in the middle, despite following light beeping. So I had to turn down the heat to two. Then waffle two didn’t burn, but waffle one wasn’t done and would fall apart. Now it’s gotten to the point that they just don’t come out of the machine nicely. Instructions say not to use spray or butter on the pan and they should come out fine, however that is NOT the case. VERY disappointed with the $50 spend. Not to mention only 15 day returns from the date your item is ordered, bummer....

Too flat

Broken machine and customer service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I received this as a gift for Christmas. The machine beeps incessantly once it has reached cooking temp. It beeps wether or not there is batter in it, making it impossible to know when the waffle is cooked. My wife purchased it outside of Best Buy’s return policy window and Bella customer service refuses to help. Spend the extra few dollars to get the cuisinart. They’ll stand behind their product.
