Goods: Makes good strong coffee for lattes and capuchinos. The milk frother Warms and froths the milk quickly. The scoop and tamper are very reliable. Mehs: the top ‘warming’ plate does nothing but store your items like espresso cups and scoop. Bottom line: this machine does the job just fine for the price!!

Seems working very well. I have nothing to compare it to since this is my first Espresso machine. For the price, it is worth it. (I also had a coupon) Overall, the product has good quality built and with good experience, it does make a difference compared to regular coffee makers.

The perfect size for my kitchen and single serving. Easy to use and taste great for my expresso each morning. Cleans easy and not in the way of other appliances on my kitchen countertop. I recommend this for friends so when I go over I know what to expect in rhe morning.

Pro: Great value for the espresso machine, work perfect for one to two person, make good espresso cons: the plastic part melt in my dishwasher machine, its not auto stop, you have to wait there and manual turn it off the foaming part not work as great hard to keep it unclog

Great Features, easy to use and excellently brewed espresso! Couldn’t ask for more...the top plate is a warming plate, so if you prefer a warm cup all you need to do is place it on top of the top plate and you’re good. Very happy with this purchase.

It's a bit smaller than the picture your mind's eye scaled it sitting on the counter. It does make a good espresso but slower and more effort required for frothing Can't really complain though because I got it on sale and worth every penny of what I paid

It’s a good little machine but it’s not for daily use. It’s more for those lazy weekend mornings when you feel you wanna treat yourself to fancy cup of coffee. It’s definitely more time consuming than a coffee maker or keurig. Definitely a reasonably priced machine as far as espresso makers go and solid quality.

My kids spend a fortune at coffee shops buying expensive "coffee". I bought this inexpensive espresso/cappuccino maker to see if they would use one. So far so good. Not sure how long it will last but if it breaks I will replace it with a better model.

Relatively low quality it broke after 5 months in more ways than one, but the company covered the warranty by sending a check. Pretty cheap though so can't complain too much.

A good buy but. the operation of coffee part is simple and works well but operation of the frother is tricky and does't work very well most of the time and you just get warm milk.

I know it's not the best Espresso machine ever made but for someone who doesn't need fancy, this model works just fine. I'm still learning the ropes of how to operate it but so far I haven't been disappointed.

This Espresso machine works as advertised! It's easy to set up. In addition to making espressos, it makes great cappuccinos in just minutes. Also, the price point was excellent!

This was a gift for our daughter. She loves it! Says it is very easy to use and tastes just like Starbucks. I did a lot of comparisons before purchasing. I am glad we went witht his product.

Generally good espresso maker for the price. The one negative is that the I’d is harder to open or close than some other brads. They all create a vacuum so tightness is important but this is a bit uncomfortable to open and close. Otherwise the machine works well, good frothing function

great value...however, the smell of chemicals on the lid is absolutely putrid. it took a very long time and many washes to get rid of it.

It gets superhot, if youre not aware you will get burned. Its cost effective and coffee doesnt come out bad however i would pay more for a higher quality one
