Purchased as a back-up, so cheap had to get a 2nd one. Well after 2-3 months I gave my old one to a co-worker and started using this new one as you know how that "new taste" goes away over time. Anyway a few weeks in and now when it pressures up about 1/3 of the way finished it starts leaking into the canister and onto the counter. It almost sounds like the frother is leaking. Must be the valve used to switch from drip to froth. Anyway, had to "borrow back" the older one. If it wasn't so inexpensive, I would really be mad...and of course return period expired two weeks ago since I waited to use.... the 2020 bad luck continues :(

Best Espresso Machine Ever, Fast Brew, Great For Early Cup!

LOVE IT. This product is very easy to use. I have always avoided espresso machine because they look complicated but this was easy to understand and makes the best lates. I have not used other brands to compare but I would recommend this one for the price and quality.

I’m pretty sure my daughter got me this for Christmas and gave me the points thru our shared credit card and now I know what my present from her is because Best Buy asked Me to review my purchase. I got this for traveling. It makes a very tasty espresso. It is simple to use and easy to clean.

Really nice coffee, fairly easy to clean, steamer works for what it is.

It has all the functions of an espresso machine, but all of them are mediocre at doing their jobs: Espresso brewing has the temperature way too low, so shots come out watery, and the frother is also too cold to properly froth milk, it heats up milk just fine, but with almost no foam. The controls are limited to “heat up water” and “frother on”, so if the machine isn’t already hot, it takes a while for brewing to occur, and you have to watch it the whole time, or risk overbrewing your shot. Same is true for the frother, to get it to heat water you need to leave it open, so it will just start spitting steam out when it is ready, which is prone to causing messes. There’s also no water fill indicator, but that’s easy enough to manage. All in all, its a fine machine once you get used to it, but the coffee does not come out as good as it could.

Worth it. Very satisfied. Got it on deal of the day price.

I purchased this as part of my wife's Mother's Day gifts, since then the kids are using it daily. The money we are saving not having the kids go out for mochas and other drinks has been fantastic. To this point we have no complaints, it has been easy to use, easy to clean and has satisfied everyone (but me, I don't drink coffee).

This espresso maker was purchased for my mother, who has regaled me daily of the new coffee drinks she has successfully made, and how fast and easy it has been to make her own lattes and macchiato instead of waiting in line and spending a small fortune at her local coffeehouse. So....so far, so good after a month of daily use.
