Let me admit, I’m a big admirer of Bella products, reasonably priced and very reliable. However, this product dent my trust. Didn’t think too much but had to return it. It stopped brewing twice. But, when it worked, it did like a charm.

Bad machine, used it gently for few month, then suffered a power failure, it comes with two years warranty, contacted the manufacturer, they asked for a receipt and the issue with the machine after sending the requested information customer service wouldn’t replace the machine and send a refund instead, due to lack of availability of a similar model??

these don't seem to be the most reliable - over the last 6-7 years, this is my 3rd Bella. I do continue to purchase them because I can't justify spending hundreds for a cappuccino machine. I did purchase the extended warranty because of my history of this brand having something that wears out. I have had this one for about a month - no complaints.

Awesome value works great! So happy I finally have a steamer that works!!

Basic first espresso maker. Does not seem super solid. If you want a daily user I would get a better quality. If you need something for an occasional use this works fine. Teen daughter loves but I would not want to use it every day. The steam wand is placed weird.

I can make great lattes I taste just like Starbucks. Perfect for the price.

Honestly I doubt about this espresso machine but I’ve been using this for about three months now and I don’t have any complaints at all. My mom love it and just when you handle it be kindly.

Definitely a good espresso maker! Easy to use, easy to clean!

For me it is a product well below expectations, it is very dirty, it does not have a button just to heat the water, it does not have a water level, very bad.

At first I Wanted to return it because it’s not like you pressed the button and coffee ready, it takes time to learn how to make the right coffee but after trying couple times I fell in love with it and it’s seems easy and fast. Also the design looks fancy.

This the 2nd Bella Espresso maker that we have purchased. It replaced a DeLonge espresso maker that failed after a couple of years of use. The Bella is superior in all ways to the DeLonge and makes espressos and cappuccinos more easily

I bought this machine for someone else. Absolutely jealous I didn't get one. Works perfect everytime. The little cup warmer on top is a nice touch. Also I love steaming the milk its an easy clean up. I highly recommend this. Aloha!!!

Easy to follow directions make it no work at all to use.

I bought one for my sister for Christmas and she loves it, so I went to buy one for myself and definitely its worth it. It was for me a little confusing trying to frost the milk after I figured it out... It's amazing

This small expresso machine works as expected. From cold start to a brewed cup of expresso takes about five minutes. The indicator light is a bit dim. The unit does not appear to auto-shut off and the indicator light is bright during brewing but dims later so be sure to turn off the unit after making coffee. Used almost every day for six weeks. Seems well constructed for the price.

This is a basic espresso machine. Steamer takes a while to warm up. It does what its supposed to though. If you want to make multiple drinks you have to wait for things to cool, especially the glass caraffe.

Not quite as good as previous Bella espresso machines I've had. I only use it to make coffee and have not used the milk frother. Coffee doesn't come out quite as hot as my previous machines.
