    I was very excited to get a cappuccino maker with the steam. However it was a disappointment. The it didn't steam my milk, the coffee I brewed was horrible. I would give zero stars. Best buy however was wonderful that's who my star is for.

    The side handle is too small & the removable drainer doesn’t let one part come off. For those reasons, I give it 4 stars.
